A hundred homes, one obsession.
YY Interiors is a luxury residential design studio. We design, produce and install, which means the person who drew the detail is accountable for how it is built.

We work across Hyderabad, Bangalore and Mumbai on apartments, villas and independent homes, the kind of projects where the client will live with the result for twenty years.
In two years we have delivered more than a hundred homes. That number matters less than what sits behind it: a design team and a production floor under the same management, so a drawing does not lose anything on its way to becoming a wall.
We study the floor plan, the lifestyle, the storage requirements and the daily routines before proposing anything. Whether it is a luxury apartment, a villa or an independent house, the goal does not change: a home that looks considered on day one and still works on an ordinary Tuesday years later.
Designing homes that feel personal.
Every home should reflect the people living in it. So we do not begin with a template. We begin with your floor plan, your routines, and the storage you have never quite solved.
Beautiful interiors are easy. Designing a home that still works on an ordinary Tuesday three years later is the hard part. Hidden storage inside premium panelling. Kitchens planned around the way you actually cook. Finishes chosen to stay timeless rather than photograph well once.
True luxury is not expensive material. It is thoughtful design.
Three things we hold to.
Storage that disappears
Maximum storage without visual clutter. If you can point at it, we have not finished detailing it.
One team, end to end
From first consultation to final handover, the same team is accountable. Nothing is handed to a subcontractor and forgotten.
Transparent communication
Milestone updates and clear timelines. You always know what is happening on site this week.
“The design perfectly matched our lifestyle and the execution quality exceeded expectations.”
Satwik Reddy “Every inch of storage was thoughtfully planned without compromising aesthetics.”
Kowshik A “Professional team, transparent communication, and they held the timeline they promised at the start.”
