YY Interiors is a residential interior design studio based in Hyderabad, working across Hyderabad, Bangalore, Mumbai. These terms govern your use of this website and the enquiries you send us through it.

By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

You may browse the site and share links to it. You may not copy, reproduce or republish its text, photography, drawings or the YY mark without our written permission, use automated tools to scrape it, or attempt to interfere with how it runs.

We may change, suspend or remove any part of the site at any time without notice.

Sending an enquiry through the contact form, by email, by phone or on WhatsApp does not create a contract between us. We aim to reply within one working day to arrange a consultation.

A consultation, site visit or initial proposal is offered so that both sides can decide whether to proceed. It does not commit either of us to a project.

Any figure we share before a signed agreement is indicative. The scope of work, materials, specifications, timeline, payment schedule and change process for a project are set out in a written agreement or quotation, and that document governs the project.

Where these website terms and a signed project agreement differ, the agreement applies.

Photography, 3D views and material samples on this site illustrate finish and style. Colours, grain and texture vary between screens, batches and natural materials, and a finished home will differ from an image of it.

Project details such as areas and durations are given in good faith for the project shown. They are not a promise of the same outcome elsewhere.

The YY Interiors name, the YY mark, and the text, drawings, photography and other content on this site belong to YY Interiors or to the people who licensed them to us. Nothing on the site grants you a licence to use them beyond viewing the site.

When you send an enquiry we collect the details you give us:

• your name, email address and phone number
• your city and property type
• your description of the project

We use them to reply to you, arrange a consultation and, if you go ahead, to run the project. Enquiries are delivered to us by email through a third-party email delivery service, which processes them on our behalf.

We do not sell your information or use it for advertising, and this site does not set advertising cookies.

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, and to meet our legal obligations. You can ask us to correct or delete your details by writing to interiors@yellowyards.in.

This website previously offered an optional AI voice conversation. That feature is currently unavailable. You can contact the studio by phone or enquiry form.

Past conversations were recorded with the caller's consent and uploaded to private Supabase storage. Authorised studio staff can listen to or download those recordings to review an enquiry. Recordings remain available in the business dashboard for 30 days and are removed during cleanup. A downloaded copy is outside the dashboard's retention controls.

Some interrupted calls may not have saved successfully. This website does not store a transcript. A voice provider may have retained separate transcripts, summaries or interaction logs under its own terms; the 30-day retention period applies to our Supabase audio copies only.

To ask about a recording or request its deletion, contact interiors@yellowyards.in with the approximate date, time and language of the call.

The site links to services we do not control, such as Instagram. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for their content.

We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is, without a promise that it will be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site or from reliance on its content.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute about the site or these terms will be dealt with by the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the version on the site at the time you use it is the one that applies.
